- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 inch ginger minced
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups frozen potstickers
- 2 cups bok choy chopped
- 1 carrot sliced
- 2 green onions sliced
- Soy sauce to taste
- Sesame oil for drizzling
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Add the broth and bring to a boil.
Add the frozen potstickers and carrots.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in the bok choy and soy sauce.
