Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese such as cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the tater tots and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • While the tots are baking, prepare the bravas sauce.
  • Mix mayonnaise, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  • Once the tots are done baking, remove them from the oven.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the baked tater tots, making sure to coat each one.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the sauced tots.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and chili flakes before serving.
