Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the tater tots and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the tots are baking, prepare the bravas sauce.
Mix mayonnaise, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Once the tots are done baking, remove them from the oven.
Drizzle the sauce over the baked tater tots, making sure to coat each one.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the sauced tots.
Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley and chili flakes before serving.
