Ingredients

  • 1 round of brie cheese approximately 8 ounces
  • 1/2 cup cranberries fresh or dried
  • 1/3 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves optional
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the topping by mixing the cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Place the brie in an oven-safe dish and spoon the cranberry mixture generously on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey.
