- 1 round of brie cheese approximately 8 ounces
- 1/2 cup cranberries fresh or dried
- 1/3 cup pecans chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves optional
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the topping by mixing the cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a bowl.
