Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade salmon
  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Nori sheets seaweed
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  • Mix the salmon preparation with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Layer the cooked sushi rice in a baking dish, pressing it down.
  • Spread the salmon mixture evenly on top of the rice.
