Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the stuffing by mixing crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and seasoning in a mixing bowl.
Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by carefully slicing through the side.
Stuff each salmon fillet with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to fill the pocket.
Place the stuffed salmon in a lightly greased baking dish and brush with a little olive oil or melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
