Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 4 oz crab meat preferably fresh or lump
  • 4 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the stuffing by mixing crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  • Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by carefully slicing through the side.
  • Stuff each salmon fillet with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to fill the pocket.
  • Place the stuffed salmon in a lightly greased baking dish and brush with a little olive oil or melted butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
