Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and half of the Cajun seasoning to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and add the sliced steak, seasoning with the remaining Cajun mix.
Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, then add garlic and sauté for another minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated.
Add in the cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and steak, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
