Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the shrimp and half of the Cajun seasoning to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and add the sliced steak, seasoning with the remaining Cajun mix.
  • Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, then add garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated.
  • Add in the cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and steak, tossing everything together to coat evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
