Bread Rolls


Ingredients

8 slices of bread

¼ cup plain flour

Water

Brown bread crumbs

Oil for deep frying

Any kind of filling 


Method

Cut the sides of the bread.


Take some water to a small bowl where you can put the bread.

Take a piece of bread wet the bread in water.


Without breaking the bread squeeze the water away.


Put 1 tbsp filling on to the middle of the bread. I put Potato and fish filling.


Roll the bread tightly.

Seal the edges well.


Proceed with rest of the pieces of bread.


Mix the flour and water and make a batter little thicker than the pancake batter.

Dip the rolls in the batter.


Make sure you coat it well.

Coat with bread crumbs.


Heat oil in a pan to deep fry.

The heat should be high.

Fry the rolls till golden colour.

Bread roll is ready to be served.
